Stephania Téllez
Founder & creative director
In 2014, Stephania graduated in graphic design from the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá, Colombia. Since completing her degree, she has worked as a freelancer in different industries, achieving successful results in pharmaceuticals, consulting, management, general services, and commercial companies.
Seeking to tackle professional challenges in the U.S. and Latin American industries, her journey led her to seize opportunities abroad. In 2020, she joined the Development Division Team at ONE Sotheby’s International as a Graphic Designer. A year later, she became the Senior Graphic Designer, showcasing her skills in strategically positioning each project she worked on.
Stephania stands out for her commitment to quality and attention to detail. She sees each project as an opportunity to elevate standards and surpass expectations, earning her recognition for her distinctive and effective designs. She possesses extensive experience in editorial design, web design, UI/UX, and social media content creation.
Passionate about the design world, Stephania decided to found TwoBear Haus Studio in 2023. As the CEO and Art Director, she leads a team of bright and creative minds, breathing life into projects that challenge norms and captivate audiences.
Alexandra Téllez
Co-Founder & Creative writer
Alexandra graduated as a professional in Literary Studies in 2016. Seeking to complement her background in humanities, she pursued a specialization in English/Spanish translation at the Universidad del Rosario. The knowledge acquired in these two programs led her to discover a significant opportunity in copywriting, prompting her to take a course in advertising translation, copywriting, and transcreation at Tragora Formación in Spain.
Since 2020, she has been working in marketing across various industries, focusing on the gastronomic sector. She has extensive experience in copywriting, content creation for print and digital media, campaign creation and conceptualization, and strategy development and implementation for social media.
As a literary enthusiast and skilled translator, her profound love for language and stories empowers her to convey ideas with depth and resonance. She transformed her passion for storytelling into a lifelong career.
Juan Esteban Torres
Senior Graphic Designer
Juan Esteban is an industrial designer with a solid academic background obtained at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, where he acquired the fundamental skills that have led him to stand out in his professional field. Inspired by the potential of innovation in everyday tasks, he decided to pursue a master’s degree in Product and Service Innovation at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, thus consolidating his focus on the elusive path of innovation and excellence in design.
Currently, he works as a Senior Graphic Designer at the sales and marketing company One Sotheby’s International Realty, located in Miami, United States. In this role, he leverages his experience as a designer and animator. His work at this company reflects his ability to merge aesthetic concepts with effective visual communication strategies, thereby contributing to the growth and recognition of the brand.
In addition to his academic background and work experience, Juan has continued his professional development by participating in various diploma courses throughout his career. Some of these include courses in 3D modeling and rendering, along with motion graphics, which have significantly enhanced his skill set and enabled him to delve into novel avenues of visual expression.
Damian Crofort
Graphic designer & Web developer
Damian is a graphic designer graduated from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with over 8 years of experience in the editorial and web design fields. His audacious character has given him the skills to creatively confront every challenge, seeking to learn as much as possible in each situation.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated multiple times with the Universidad Nacional de Colombia designing scientific publications, both printed and digital. Additionally, he participated in the HRH2030 program by USAID, contributing as a designer of informative, educational, and pedagogical materials for the “Mi Familia” program of the ICBF. In this capacity, he developed booklets and additional materials aimed at training professionals.
In his current position at Aspen Labs Latam, he is responsible for the adaptation of visual materials to HTML5 and CSS3 languages for marketing purposes.
Recently, he has been involved in the implementation of websites and e-commerce platforms across diverse industries, with a special focus on Real Estate.
